They met in Berlin, far from their homeland but proud of their roots. Lovers of barbecues and gatherings with friends, they shared dinners and recipes. Without knowing it, they planted the seed of something new: Aúpa Che. Today they continue to reap friendships and good times.

SEBASTIÁN DENEGRIS

He created Aúpa Che in 2021 in Berlin, fulfilling a dream he brought with him from Buenos Aires. He organizes our kitchen, creates our recipes and doughs, and ensures the quality of our products. Friendly, engaging, and self-demanding, you'll see him baking, kneading, or serving at our stand. Contact him to organize a catering or event.

ANDRÉS CAVALLERO

He joined Aúpa Che, turning the adventure into a sustainable and lasting project. He manages and administers, but he's also a pillar in the kitchen and is passionate about serving the public. At our stand, you'll always see him active and cheerful. A Cordoban who exudes energy and friendliness.

TEAM AÚPA CHE

When we think of "empanadas" in Argentina, we think of family gatherings, sharing and enjoying time with friends. When we put together the team, we saw we had a treasure: our friends! Capable and talented people joined our project and contributed their skills. Now they are an essential part of Aúpa Che. The first was Ivana, then Etienne, then Titán, and those who followed… Without them and their friendship, there would be no empanadas. Thank you team!
