He created Aúpa Che in 2021 in Berlin, fulfilling a dream he brought with him from Buenos Aires. He organizes our kitchen, creates our recipes and doughs, and ensures the quality of our products. When we think of "empanadas" in Argentina, we think of family gatherings, sharing and enjoying time with friends. When we put together the team, we saw we had a treasure: our friends!
